Publishing schedule
Since Volume 6 (2019) the journal has followed a continuous article publishing model: an article is published as soon as it is ready, and the articles published in a calendar year make up that year’s volume. Volumes 1 (2014) to 5 (2018) were published semi-annually, in April and October.
